This hotel is a top-notch venue with really helpful staff at the reception and is conveniently located near the lake.

Everything was modern, VERY GOOD service, particularly good location close to right before entering the town of Vanersborg, the city center, and West Coast. The room was warm and wonderful, I had a TV and a hair dryer. The breakfast offered lots of options and was sensational.

This hotel is in a convenient spot that's comfortable and located in a pleasant area close to Gothenburg and restaurants.

Travelling with a group, the young family appreciated the family room. We all enjoyed the location by the canal and the draw bridge. Very good breakfast.

Sauna was not hot enough, you could nearly sweat

We really liked the room; it was bright and very nice. It came with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. the bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. 😊.

The family room was very spacious. The breakfast which was included was a good start to the day. The hotel is situated at the edge of town, along the canal and there is an excellent biking/cyclying path that will take you into town. The hotel offers bikes to guests (free) to borrow for a ride. There is an excellent park & playground in town along the lake which our kids enjoyed for a few hours--I had to find this myself as the staff didn't know of any play areas for children.

The politeness of the staff was mixed. Some were excellent and made us feel welcome others not so much. The dining room at dinner is very expensive and the food mediocre at best. Go into town to eat or picnic in the park along the lake.

This hotel is a great value for families visiting the West Coast! the location is convenient, with footpaths to explore the beautiful nearby lake area. the spacious rooms are clean, bright, and affordably priced. the service is top, notch, with friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. the hearty breakfast includes gluten, free options tailored to individual needs. the family, friendly facilities, including the pool and nearby waterworld attraction, are perfect for kids.

The lack of air, conditioning in the rooms can make them a bit uncomfortable during the summer months.

It was clean and well-maintained with excellent facilities. The location near the lake is fantastic, with plenty of walking paths and beautiful views. We also appreciated the ease of parking and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast service. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.
